Xiamen Qiqiangsheng Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (QQS) has formally achieved IATF 16949 certification across our fully integrated manufacturing facility, encompassing our internal tooling, precision injection molding, Surface Mount Technology (SMT), and mechanical assembly lines.

  • Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA): Systematic application of DFMEA and PFMEA methodologies to identify, quantify, and mitigate potential failure modes prior to tooling sign-off and mass production.

  • Statistical Process Control (SPC): Real-time monitoring of critical-to-quality (CTQ) dimensions and molding parameters (CPK analysis) to ensure long-term process capability and minimize variation.

  • Full-Loop Traceability: Component-level traceability architectures covering raw material lots, SMT reflow profiles, injection molding parameters, and final box-build testing datasets.
