Our engineering and production teams have extensive experience across a wide range of post-molding processes:

• Silk Screen & Pad Printing

  We deliver high-precision surface graphics executed directly from customer .ai vector designs. We support up to 4-color printing with exact color matching. Samples are submitted for formal approval as "Golden Samples" prior to mass production. Printing plate setup fees are waived for projects running mass production with us.

• Automated Painting & Coating

  Our automated painting lines deliver uniform thickness, high cosmetic yields, and excellent surface durability. We process specialized finishes, including rubberized soft-touch coatings, metallic silver spraying, UV protective coatings, and custom texture painting.

• PCBA & Electronics Integration

  Upon checking the customer’s Bill of Materials (BOM), our engineering team identifies opportunities to lower material costs and shorten delivery times by using reliable, local alternative components—all supported by datasheets and sample sign-offs.

• Custom Assembly Automation

  For high-volume production programs, QQS invests in and builds dedicated automated assembly jigs, custom testing fixtures, and automated equipment to guarantee capacity, repeatability, and structural stability.
