Secondary Processing Technologies & Services

Printing & Surface Decoration

QQS supports product graphics and surface marking based on customer-approved artwork, including Adobe Illustrator vector files. Multi-color printing and color matching can be arranged according to project requirements. Pre-production samples can be submitted for approval as golden samples before mass production.

Automated Painting & Surface Coating

For products requiring specific cosmetic finishes, QQS supports painting and coating processes designed to achieve consistent appearance and surface performance. Options may include soft-touch coatings, metallic effects, UV-protective coatings, and customized surface textures, depending on the product and material requirements.

PCBA/SMT & Electronics Integration

With in-house PCBA/SMT and final assembly capabilities, QQS integrates electronic boards, modules, wiring, plastic housings, and other components into finished products.

Our engineering team can review the customer’s bill of materials (BOM) and evaluate alternative components where appropriate, considering technical compatibility, quality, cost, and lead time. Proposed substitutions are subject to customer review and approval.
