Precision Plastic Injection Molding

Custom Plastic Injection Molding Services

QQS provides precision plastic injection molding services for customers in consumer electronics, smart wearables, medical devices, home appliances, automotive components, and industrial products.

With 26 injection molding machines ranging from 100T to 750T, we support projects from mold trials and pilot production to volume manufacturing. By combining in-house mold making, plastic injection molding, PCBA/SMT, and final product assembly, QQS helps customers simplify supplier coordination and move efficiently from tooling validation to finished products.

Injection Molding Capabilities

  • 26 Injection Molding Machines: Clamping forces from 100T to 750T

  • Production Support: Mold trials, pilot runs, and mass production

  • Molding Process Development: Process setup and validation according to product requirements

  • Dedicated Project Management: Coordination of tooling, production, and quality requirements

  • Quality Management: Manufacturing under our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system

Production schedules and machine allocation are arranged according to project requirements, tooling specifications, and order volume.

Injection Molding Technologies

Our engineering team supports a range of molding processes according to part design, material requirements, and production needs.

  • Overmolding: Combining compatible materials to achieve specific functional or surface properties

  • Insert Molding: Integrating metal or other inserts into molded plastic components

  • In-Mold Labeling (IML): Integrating labels or decorative elements during the molding process

  • High-Temperature Engineering Plastics: Processing suitable materials using appropriate tooling and molding conditions

  • Bi-Injection Molding: Combining two materials or colors in a single molding process where the part design and tooling allow

The appropriate process is selected based on product geometry, material compatibility, functional requirements, and production volume.

Plastic Materials We Process

QQS works with a range of commodity and engineering plastics. Material selection depends on the product's mechanical, thermal, chemical, dimensional, cosmetic, and regulatory requirements.

Engineering Plastics

  • PA (Nylon)

  • POM (Acetal)

  • PC (Polycarbonate)

  • PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate)

  • PA+GF (Glass-Fiber-Reinforced Nylon)

General-Purpose Plastics

  • PP (Polypropylene)

  • ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)

  • HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene)

  • LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene)

  • PMMA (Acrylic)

  • TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer)

High-Performance Plastics

  • PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide)

  • PPSU (Polyphenylsulfone)

  • PES (Polyethersulfone)

  • PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone)

Material availability and process feasibility are confirmed during technical review, taking into account the required grade, tooling design, machine capability, and production conditions.

Production Stability & Quality Control

At QQS, quality control extends beyond final inspection. Our approach combines process setup, dimensional verification, in-process inspection, and production monitoring to help maintain consistent molded-part quality.

Depending on the project and agreed quality plan, our quality-control activities can include:

  • First Article Inspection (FAI)

  • CMM Dimensional Measurement

  • In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

  • Final Quality Inspection (FQC)

  • Process Validation and Parameter Control

  • Cpk Process Capability Studies for selected critical dimensions

  • Statistical Process Control (SPC) where required by the customer

For critical product characteristics, process capability studies can help assess variation and determine whether the process meets agreed capability requirements. Inspection methods, sampling plans, and acceptance criteria are defined according to product specifications and customer requirements.

By emphasizing process control and repeatability, we aim to support stable production quality from initial validation through ongoing mass production.

From Plastic Components to Finished Products

QQS combines in-house mold making and precision plastic injection molding with PCBA/SMT and final product assembly. This integrated manufacturing capability allows us to support customers who need individual molded components as well as those seeking a broader OEM/ODM manufacturing solution.

Whether you are developing a new plastic component, transferring an existing mold, or preparing a product for mass production, our team can review your drawings, material specifications, quality requirements, and estimated annual volume.

Request an Injection Molding Review

Share your 2D drawings, 3D files, resin specifications, estimated annual volume, and any critical dimensional or cosmetic re.quirements. Our team can review the manufacturing feasibility and discuss the appropriate tooling and production approach.
