Injection Mould Manufacturing & Tooling Workshop
At QQS, our in-house mould manufacturing workshop provides complete plastic injection mould tooling capabilities, including mould design, CNC machining, EDM, wire cutting, mould assembly, polishing and mould testing. We build precision injection moulds for automotive components, electronic products, medical devices, sanitary products, household appliances and custom OEM/ODM projects.
Our tooling team works closely with our injection molding department to ensure that each mould is designed not only for dimensional accuracy, but also for stable cycle times, consistent part quality and efficient mass production.
Precision Plastic Injection Molding
Our in-house injection molding facility is equipped with 26 high-precision injection molding machines from 100T to 750T, supporting both prototype validation and stable mass production. We manufacture precision plastic components for automotive, electronics, medical, sanitary, household appliances and other demanding applications.
From material selection and molding parameter control to process validation, CPK studies and final inspection, our team focuses on consistent part quality, dimensional accuracy and production stability.
