Precision Plastic Injection Molds

QQS manufactures precision plastic injection moulds for complex components, tight-tolerance applications and demanding production requirements. Our in-house tool shop covers mould design, DFM, CNC machining, EDM, wire cutting, mould assembly, polishing and T1/T2 mould trials.

We support projects from initial tooling design and manufacturability review through mould fabrication, sample validation and production preparation. During development, our team evaluates critical dimensions, mould function and part quality against agreed specifications to help prepare the tooling for stable, repeatable production.

With integrated plastic injection moulding and product assembly capabilities, QQS can also support customers who need a manufacturing partner beyond tooling alone.
